When these products first hit our shelves we were skeptical. Some didn't even come close to resembling the meat products they were meant to imitate. This is no longer the case. Some of these fake flesh items are frighteningly convincing . . ."Are you sure this isn't the real thing?!" Hey, we promise--none of these products come from creatures that ever roamed a barnyard! Many of us working at the Coop are vegetarians and we find guilty (actually guiltless) pleasure in feasting on the following:
